Hand Hole Perforating Rule

Cutting rules from Japanese steel rule manufacturer TSUKATANI has been a leader in terms of quality since 1951. These are achieved through specially developed grinding processes, compliance with very tight tolerances and the use of best Japanese steel.

Hand Hole Perforating Rules are used where fast and easy access to the product is required (e.g. SRP, POS, tissue boxes, confectionery boxes and tea bag cartons). In order to be able to create top or side access panels, this rule is available in left and right hand configurations.

  • Hardened cutting edge = longer service life
  • Polished Edge = Less Angel Hair and Dusting
  • Decarburized body surface = High flexibility

  • Body hardness: 345 HV / 35.5 HRC
  • Cutting edge hardness: 620 HV / 56.3 HRC
