Offline Blanking Machine BMS-106
The blanking machine BMS-106 has been specially developed for the further processing of cardboard, plastic, corrugated board etc. and offers a unique alternative to manual separating. This increases efficiency, productivity and flexibility in production.
With the BMS-106, two different shapes can be separated simultaneously in one cycle. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional stripping function, e.g. for windows.
Description
Tool-free blanking of die-cut sheets
- Processing of cardboard, plastic, corrugated board etc.
- Two different shapes can be processed simultaneously in one cycle
- In one minute, up to 20 blank packs are separated from an 80 mm high stack of sheets
- Only one machine operator required
- The automated process replaces manual separation
- Optional: stripping function for e.g. windows
